I am by no means a biker. I bought this so I could sit inside and exercise without having to ride on the roads around other bikers and cars. It came very quickly and after struggling a little bit to put it together I read some other reviews and figured out to put the "L Bolt" on first. The resistance is pretty good, but I have nothing else to compare it to. I am very happy with this, especially for the price. No way was I going to pay what some other trainers cost. I would certainly recommend this trainer.

I love this bike trainer. I needed to turn my new bike into a stationary bike for the winter and this works like a dream. Now I can ride my bike no matter how bad the weather is outside. I would recommend this to any Schwinn Bike owner.

I bought this for my son. He is preparing for a cross-country bike trip for charity and I wanted something like this so we could set his bike up and ride it during some fund-raising events. It worked well and he felt pretty secure using it.
